Acorn are delighted to have completed this project with Dellner Ferrabyrne in West Sussex. Liam was tasked with replacing their redundant storage system with a new, current and functional application, which allowed for both pallet storage and loose item picking. This involved redesigning the bay configuration to suit their pallets, and working in phases to allow their operation to continue with minimal disruption.
From sales to installation, the Acorn team have been faultless. It was a tricky project for us as we were still working in the warehouse and had to move pallets out to off-site to make it happen. Acorn agreed to 4 phases giving us 5 days in between each installation phase to move pallets around to ensure everything was ready for the installation team.
They worked well with our team on-site to avoid any tension and to ensure a safe working environment. The product is of a high quality, we will definitely use Acorn again.
