ZLT Electrical Limited was founded in 2010, and trades primarily on the web as The Electrical Counter. Offering in excess of 50,000 products, ZLT has quickly grown to be a significant player in the online electrical wholesale arena, supplying only the top branded products. Their emphasis is on fast, reliable customer service reinforced by a vast choice and outstanding value for money.
Tim Dove, ZLT’s Managing Director first became aware of Acorn Storage Equipment and their reputation over 20 years ago when he was working at a previous company. In 2011 when he was looking to fit out ZLT’s first warehouse in Ashford, Kent, he engaged Acorn Storage to do the work and did so again in 2014 when they expanded into the warehouse next door.
Recently they moved into a new 6500 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Ashford and Tim did not hesitate in contacting Acorn to fit out their new premises. Acorn relocated ZLT’s existing racking, adding to it and supplying workbenches, a brand new mezzanine floor, office partitioning and ceilings, as well as looking after all the building and fire regulations for them. Lastly, Acorn introduced ADT Fire & Security to install the fire protection system, and commissioned JMP Partnership as Approved Inspectors to oversee approvals and issue Final Certificate.
Tim uses Acorn because in his own words “It’s an aggravation-free experience, the installers are polite and trustworthy and they always do a great job.” If he has any queries he “just needs to pick up the phone to Neil and it gets sorted immediately”, it’s a long-standing relationship based on results and trust.
