Responsible for eight million cases and operating a delivery fleet of around 300 vehicles. When the business added another 162,000 sq. ft warehouse in West Thurrock to its portfolio, they had no hesitation in using Acorn Storage Equipment again.

Ensuring we were able to use utilise the space we had to the maximum. Neil and the team were vital in liaising with the structural engineer regarding floor loading. Working closely with us on pallet configuration they designed a layout that gave us 18,000 pallet positions in 13 aisles, with potential of expansion.
They also worked closely with lighting installation team regarding the position of all the LED lighting installed, ensuring that the lighting was installed perfectly central of all the aisles. The same is true when it came to the installation of the VNA wire guidance system.
The precise and accurate plans drawn up by Acorn were paramount to all.
When it came to the installation of the Link 51 racking, Acorn delivered a first-class service. They managed the scheduling of materials on to the site ensuring we could operate whilst they installed. The installation team worked with us and were always clean and tidy. They worked within our H&S regime.
When the racking, safety netting and timber decking was installed, they then worked with us to find the appropriate racking label manufacturer.
They completed the eleven-week project, three days earlier than expected and the project came in within budget.
